Mama Medicine is led by Anne Sutherland who is a passionate mental health educator, yoga instructor, personal trainer, adventurer, mother, wife and friend. Anne began personal training and teaching yoga in 2011, and she received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in 2016 with Licensure in Florida in 2018. Anne is deeply interested in understanding the human condition through the lens of ancient DNA seeking to adapt to modern times. Anne is also a big advocate of attachment parenting and helping women, children and men to find health and healing through community connection and relationships.
